Objectives of Festival are:
- The projection of common cultural heritage of European Union.
- Inter-cultural dialogues with the third world countries, through the audiovisual products.
- The appointment of domestic animators.
- The development of a parallel, not commercial, network distribution for animation films.
The animation, develops mainly through the applications of new digital means, allowing the artists to express themselves the most suitable way. The breadth of aesthetic conquests thus as it results by mixing the previous forms of arts, creates a remarkable artistic result that fascinates the all spectators without exception.
