01. TRUE LOVE HOTEL, 6’ 50’’

The story of a small, lonely, anonymous resident of a large, alienating city. He has lived all his life in his parents house and continues to do so after their deaths (his father was killed in a war, and the mother faded to her death in the following years). The story is in three parts, and tells of the experiences of this one fellow throughout one day.

Hardcover meets Paperback, an origami figure just like himself. Their relationship unfolds from their first date to the discovery that will change Hardcover’s point of view.

An armadillo has to run for his life when a giant wheel threatens to run him over and turn his home into a city.

In an endless desolate desert, Meir, a blind nomad, finds a magical instrument which grants him sight. His music animates the mysterious residents of the desert and together they start a festivity. When Meir stops for his applause he discovers the true meaning of stage fright.

The red stain on tess’s dress arouses from her family a series of odd and surprising reactions. Everything looks puzzling and unfamiliar until she comes across another boy who sees the stain for what it really is.

A non-narrative animation film. An attempt to phrase a visual language which will express my own personal dance sensation and feelings. Exploring the boundaries of the animation medium in order to bring the essence of the dance.

Alon, a married man in his thirties, falls in love and obsessively stalks Jonathan, a ballet student who lives with his older spouse. When Jonathan finds out, he becomes a stalker himself.
